poor service

<p>i tried calling them and a lady picked up she asked me some security questions and after she asked me to hold on the line i hold the call for more then 12min there service is pathectic and they did not even try to call me back because they are my bank and they have my details they can see the line dissconected but still no one called be back i had to waste my airtime on them </p>
