Poor Service

<p>I am a loyal customer to Standard bank for over 20 years. My Titanium bank cards do not work at the Standard Bank ATMS, i was told at the STD Bank Branch that the chips on all of my cards are damaged. i have been using the temp blue cards and that also seems to be a problem , but those very same cards are working in other bank atms .I have requested for new cards over a period of time and still the same issue persists... Guess what i'm charged for these faulty cards whenever i request them from Standard bank card division.... what i cannot understand is how come i can use these cards on all other bank atms ABSA, FNB, NEDBANK but accept for Std Bank Atms. I cannot tell you how many times i have complained and still no resolution to this problem... i'm being charged with additional charges for using other atms, just because your cards are faulty...This has put me through unneccesary inconvenience and caused major upset and embarrassments when the need arose to withdraw funds at the ATMS ...really upset the way this has turned out. I think that due to the lack of poor service and how my requestS were handled and not yet resolved to date ...i suggest that you should be compensating me for the inconvenience.</p>
