Poor Service

<p>Both my credit card and garage card has been paid up over a year ago. I am trying to get these accounts closed and removed from my ITC but to no avail. Went to the branch they just told me to contact the call centre. I have been contacting the call centre and been on hold waiting for operator to answer my call. This is completely unacceptable!</p>
