Poor service

<p>I have been to Standard bank to open an account, had my ID and two months old letter from one of my policy but was told I cant use that letter aw prove of adress, was advised to go to the bank I bank with for a statement which to me its stupid cause I opened that Account in 2012. How sure are they the adress in my statement is still one I stay at for banks dont update adresses but letters like one I have have my right adress. No wonder why this Banks custormer satisfactory rating is low. I will take my money else where......... </p>
