Poor service
I'm having problem withdrawing funds from my account for the past 3 months. Went to khayelitsha branch and no one seems to know what is happening. The branch manager told me the case is beyond his controlled yet refusing to give me the name of person that I can contact to resolve this. My salary is still in this account and I cannot access it.
