poor service
standard bank gave me the poor service ever. I have a Current account with them which am not using anymore and they have handed it over and so I went to one of their branches in Pretoria to try and settle it but I was not assisted .its also ruining my credit profile as all I want to do is to settle the account and obtain a settlement letter from them so that it can be removed from my credit profile.
