poor service

<p>am a very good costermer at standard bank ,last year i app**** for a personal loan and i paid it double every month to finish quickly,now on the 03 june 2016 i went to standard bank to apply for a credit card and they couldn't help me at all so i am ver vaer agry with them i am thinking to move my account else where they can help me and treat me like thier client ......i dnt knw wht is the problem with them cause i keep my personal loan up to date but they cant even hel;p me with a credit card,,,,,and when i go to other banks they are very happy to help me but as my bank they cant. i demant answer now,whATS wrong with you...u are happy to take my money but you cant help me with a simple thing credit card ......am ****ed off with standard bank am moving my account somewhere else.</p>
