Poor Service

I have app**** for a personal loan at Standard Bank Southdale. Sales Consultant Relebogile Seetsi assisted me. She made a mistake on my application with the Company Contact details . The Company contact numbers is for a company that i have worked years ago ,and i have provided her with my Latest Paslip ( June 2019). I only picked this up last night when i went through the contract , tried calling the number on the contract , left numerous messgages and spoke to 2 consultants who advised that they will send her and the Branch Manager and email to contact me. The contact number is for a company called Gold Rush which i have not given a payslip for Gold Rush , the payslip i provided is for Ramushu Mashile Twala Inc . I am Still waiting for a call from her. I am very dissapointed in the lack of service and you are unbale to get trough to that Branch.
