Poor service.

I was under debt review,i finished the last payment on 15 dec 2017,whereafter debt busters would have issued a clearance certificate.all the other companies wfo ws listed with debtbusters/hyphen at that time did so,eccept standard bank,who refused to issue such a certificate to hyphen.this action from standard bank ia now affecting my credit score negetively,it is my understanding that a credit provider by ,aw is not allowed to impair a persons credit score through their faults and this is exactly what is happening now it is now 18 months and counting.great job standard bank,thanks,through your actions i am not able to get credit to buy a bike.this is also not the only time standard bank is doing this to me.his has been going on since 1997.so,what now?isbthis going to be rectified?or should i take further steps?
