Poor service

I contacted standard bank to advise them from last year I am unemployed and I would like to make a payment arrangement.I was then handed over to the attorneys who I advised I would like to make a payment arrangement.Why is standard bank contacting people looking for me when I have advised numerous times my phone is out of service and I emailed the attorneys to make a payment arrangement.Why am I being harassed
