Poor service

Yesterday day, 9th June I called ***, to enquire about operating hours of Standard bank at Clearwater Mall. I was assisted by a consultant called Amanda. She told me the branch closes at 17:00. At 16:05, I arrived at the branch, only to be told the branch closed at 15:30. I was furious, because I wasted my time and petrol to a branch which was already closed. Your service sucks, your consultants are pathetic. It will be time for me to move to other banks. And close all my accounts at Standard Bank.
