poor service

I have a cheque account with standard bank now all of a sudden I cant use the card it keeps on declining and I have the money in the account and my salary goes in the account, this card is not even a year old I got it in February now its not working and I'm tired of going into the bank spending hours there inside

Good Day Please assist I have a problem my card is not working I have tried many times still can’t use it yesterday was at Thibault square and it was full and I left without being assisted I’m really sick of this account and standard bank I always have a problem with my account I not a card this is a new card I received in February but now it’s not working if I’m no assisted I’m taking my business elsewhere my ID IS ********** 907081 NUMBER IS ********** 977
