Poor service
I was under debt counseling and I have paid off my credit card with Standard Bank in September 2017, yet they have still not updated or closed my account with the credit bureaus. I purchased my credit record, and the account still shows as in arrears and as open.
I have sent multiple requests to get this resolved, however Standard Bank has not done this to date.
POOR service from Standard Bank.
