POOR SERVICE

I have visited the Standar Bank branch twice on the 1st, and today 09th. It is really poor service for a standard bank to operate at this level. Today I have been there since 12h30 until 14h00 when I decided I am going to leave because no one is actually bothering to tell us what is the hold up.... The consultants are just going up and down,you don't know what they are doing. I find it very annoying for a bank like STD Bank consultants to be behaving like that. <br> <br> If management know how to plan ,they should know that from 12h00 onward, it is their peak hour becaus everyone is on their lunches,and they want to do quick transactions and go back to work.<br> <br> Please work on your service,its really a TURN OFF to go to the bank for almost 2 hours and come back without being helped.
