POOR SERVICE

As per a prior irate escalation for closure of my personal loan. I was sent written confirmation that the account was closed and an ITC update would be done. Since closure, i have received letters advising of a balance of under R10 being owed and now I have received a letter welcoming me for debt protection plan under the loan account number. Can somebody urgently contact me because this distasteful service from your company is enough.
