poor service

I have a home loan with SBSA and I have insurance with them that I pay every month. I haven't been regular with my bond payments because I have had to move out of the property because my husband and I have been harassed from the time we moved in. I have asked SBSA to resell my house for me and I was told by their easy sell department that an assessor would come evaluate the house. The assessor came on the 21st of December but hadn't called me to confirm the time to meet and so we couldn't meet. I was then called the next day and was told I'd be called on the following Monday to confirm an appointment for Tuesday. It's the 06th of January and I'm still waiting. I have called easy sell as well and have had no luck. I'm vexed at this point and I don't know what to do anymore. I can no longer afford to pay for the house because I'm paying for rent where I'm currently residing and I need that house to be sold yesterday already.
