POOR SERVICE

I have a Prestige account with this bank institution for more than 5 yrs. however none of the benefits serves me right instead I am deprived all despite what I am entitled as a client. More than once I battled responses were not timeous. My salary is paid into this account access to my banker is a struggle their call centre is rude. Each time I am told he will get back to me and to no avail emails are only responded to days afterward. I had an enquiry which to date its still not finalized for 7 days. I called and all I get is I will get back to and now there is no branch one can visit because of this type of account and this is my second review but since the apology nothing has changed. I have investments with this institution, I have bought a commercial property through this bank and vehicles but even secured lending is restricted and am actually discriminated against t with this account as the division concerned does not service me as per the account status. I sent an email 7 days ago was not treated with urgency despite my follow up call only to be told Mmathapelo Mosiya was looking for me as to where and how because she does have my contact details if my mobile phone is not responded to. As I sent an email why not responding to it cause all methods of communication are working. The incompetency in this prestige account bankers makes feel disrespected and discriminated as to why onIy the devil knows guess so. I am of the opinion my relations with this bank comes a long way to be ignored and not unnoticed is it only my salary holding this relations. It was the bank evaluation that I acquired the prestige account I never requested it but am really treated with contempt.
