Poor service
Was at Standard bank Southern Centre in Bloemfontein on the 1st of March 2021. The service is so poor. It was busy, waited an hour to be helped because the was one consultant who was screening, opening the doors for people to enter and helping clients, while two consultants went on lunch at the same time.
Please fix this poor service.
