Poor Service

I bought a vehicle through standard bank vehicle finance in Dec 2014. I've being paying my monthly premium through a debit order to date. i have not received any statement from Standard bank since. I've contacted standard bank through their customer care, and every time i call they request my email address and don't email my statement.<br> <br> Can someone pls assist me to get my statement from Standard bank.
