Poor service

Two months back i paid my house bond 57k telling them that im paying for my bond upfront ,meaning that it should cover for the next 8 months and yes they agree ...April they didn't debit but now to my surprise R5300 was debited in my account and i dont understand why are their treating their customer like that.and the most painful part im a single parent of 3 kidz who is trying so hard to make sure that my kids are well taken off.and now im busy with renovations installing wall units and only paid half and the other remaining balance it is due on the 27th as per our agreement ....so now standard bank debited that R5k that it is needed tmrw.so pls can u kindly refund me back my money or pay me back the 57k minus ur two installments since ur failing to stick to ur agreement for u to continue to debit ur agreed monthly installments.we are now living in difficult times where prices are going up but salary are not and im a person who live with a budget each month .so i dont know if u take my money that was supposed to go pay other stuff i dont know .....and i dont want to wait for 7 days for refund cause u dont even refund ....simple is either u return back my R5300 that u debited or pay back my 57k .thank u .
