POOR SERVICE.

Yesterday on the 13/01/24 I visited Eyethu mall branch time 08:00.i waited for 8:30 as it says they open at 8:30 I thought we were the first three costomers.we can a security officer was sitting behind the desk inside .at 08:26 three standard bank walked in,at 08:30 excatly here comes a security officer to the door and told us the que is by ba*****t.we went there there were about 10 customers so we joined them .08:45 we were called just because we were few all of us went in . My concern was that at 09:30 only three customers were saved,09:10 I left the Bank without being helped.
