Poor security measures

Good day. I'm a standard bank customer and a business man. I recently visit the bank on average 9 times a month. I noticed a very disturbing trend recently. I was at in the queue waiting for a service consultant, I noticed the gentlemen ahead of me had a concealed weapon, anyway the gentlemen proceeded to the service consultant which happened to be a lady. This customer gave that female consultant a lot of attitude and he made it obvious to her that he was carrying a firearm. While the service consultant handled a abusive and difficult customer well, I feel I need to ask standard bank a few questions. Why didn't the security guard by the by the bank entrance not stop the gentlemen ? There's a clear no weapons allowed sign on the front glass. I've noticed that the tellers have bullet proof glass protecting them only ? Why not the service consultants too? In this day age of violence they are in the firing line as much as the tellers. Does standard bank only value the tellers because they are taking in money ? I remember a few years ago the service consultants also had bullet proof glass protecting them? And lastly what security measures are in place to protect your customers ? We draw money outside , we do transfers outside but the security guards are not armed or doing any sort of visible patrolling. What safety measures does the bank have in place to protect its staff and customers within the bank? As a customer I would like answers to this.
