Poor security and Poor Customer service

The WORST, WORST bank ever with the WORST customer service is Standard Bank Preller Square in Bloemfontein. I cannot tell you how many times that I have walked into that branch and there is absolutely NO staff. No Tellers, No person at Customer Desk or Customer service and the Bank Manager is also missing and nowhere to be seen. There is NO security at the entrance so any mad person can walk in there and blow the place up with a bomb or ***** everything inside and walk out. Today after searching I eventually found two staff member in cubicles busy with customers. They have no view of the rest of the bank. It is absolutely shocking to walk into an empty bank with only the furniture there. I complained about this about two years ago to Standard Bank head office and to date there is NO improvement. If we expereince busier times and that branch is packed with customers any ******** can walk in and shoot everybody as there is NO security. Please close this branch it is an embarrassment for Standard Bank
