Poor Quality of Customer Service

I am having 2 personal accounts and 1 business account with standard bank. I've been receiving the best service for my business account manager at Trade Route Mall. Today on the 28th of October 2019, I visited the branch for a business insurance. I was humbly told that she is on a study leave till Wednesday the 30th of October 2019. Since well I urgently need this insurance, I visited a Standard Bank branch at Protea Gardens. I felt so disappointed as there was not even a help desk assistant for some minutes when I enter the branch. Someone came forward to assist me. He called the Maponya Mall Branch, the customer service was also poor. I feel so terrible that when we support our local businesses, we suffer from poor customer service or delivery. I am so disappointed towards the service I received from Standard Bank Protea Gardens and Maponya Mall. Standard Bank Senior managers please do something or else more and more customers will complain and leave Standard Bank. I'm honestly disappointed and devastated as I needed to sort out this business insurance matter today.
