Poor product knowledge by staff
I have a revolving Credit plan personal load with Standard bank.I went to the Carswald branch to get a settlement letter (typical Standard bank-one needs to go to a branch and queue for EVERYTHING) on Friday 03-07-2015 and was told the quote was valid for 3 days.I then processed the payment on Sunday 05-07-2015
