Poor poor service

I app**** for a revolving Credit plan on 15-10-15. I was approved and told to FICA at a branch. The consultant said that she would send me her email address so i can confirm once I had completed the FICA. She never sent me her email and I FICA\D on that same day. She stated that once I had FICA"D the funds should be in Monday 19th"
