Poor performance by Standard Bank

I purchased a house on an auction, arranged by Standard Bank via a deceased estate's executor, 5 months ago, the contract was signed by all parties and I had 45 days to provide a written bank guarantee, which was done well within the allocated time. Standard Bank sent the contract for determination of a final settlement amount to their legal cancelation department on 31 October 2023. After several email requests to Standard Bank, by the conveying attorneys, they are still not able to give the final settlement figure in order to pay Standard Bank for transfer of the property to me. In the meantime, I may not occupy the property but are responsible to ensure safety of the property including insurance on the buildings as per contract. Standard Bank has no serious way to address the matter and we are about to request the Ombudsman or AFSA to mitigate the matter as Standard Bank takes no professional approach even after this 5 month of non performance.
