poor non existent service standard bank

Standard bank I'm only writing this review because of consistently bad or non service from standard bank.

I cant speak to my business banker on the phone because we can not get through to there lines.

If we email them there is no response.

after applying for an overdraft we have been ignored with no feedback to our request.

we have been into the branch but they refer you back to business banking contact. absolutely non existent service.
