Poor Investigation of ATM ***** and Poor communica

This matter was already reported and Standard bank rep**** by saying a resolution specialist will contact me. the only person who contacted me was a lady stating that Standard bank do not take responsibility for ***** at their ATM's. Was that a resolution specialist. Is their anyone who can speak Afrikaans there because it seems that the personnel can not understand what I am telling them.
