Poor incompetant service

We are clients of this bank. We apply for a bond and ... Standardbank wanted their own new insurance although I do have life cover of more than enough with Old Mutual. They also sell short term insurance and value the house at more than two million - we bought for R 850 000.00! Standardbank in Sasolburg apparently cannot assist clients with claims, so you have to call a call centre where no-one answers!! Frustration!<br> We need help as we need to claim for a waterleak which was caused after a burglary where taps were<br> taken out of the walls and ******. For more than a year I could not get anyone to assist me with a claim.<br> We are busy fixing it now ourselves. Standardbank you are failing your clients!
