POOR HORRIBLE UNHELPFUL SERVICE AT STANDARD BANK SA

Standard bank Service is unsatisfied and really a disgrace and they suppose to be one of the Big Banks in SA

My husband international salary paid into his account they dont want to release and think its *****, my husband send them all the proof and yet its 4days later and no release of payment yet.

We understand the process that they must check if international payments are made to account BUT SPEED UP THE PROCESS if you see the proof that its a salary how is my husband suppose to attend to his responsibilities if you keep HIS MONEY.
