Poor Homeloan service.

I'm giving half a star to Standard Bank homeloan department ans their so called private bankers. They made me wait after a requested a Homeloan rate review, after 2 weeks they just said what i have its the best they can do. This is after 25 months with all my accounts with them and an excellent credit record with increased affordability.
