Poor Form of a financial institution!

I'm not one for naming and shaming BUT to be fare, everyone gets away with literally everything these days and corporate companies hide behind their big names.

NOT to mention Legal Firms and financial institutions who think that they are entitled to intimidate the average person just because of the title they hold.

To add to my rant, my husband and I are appalled by the lack of service and professionalism received and given to us by Standard Bank, Standard Bank Vehicle and Assets Finance as well as Standard Bank Complaints Resolution Centre. This said firm clearly lack in client liaison, professionalism and etiquette.

Your company is an absolute disgrace and because none of you can actually fulfill your job title properly and adequately, you have pushed us into an unfathomable situation, and for this I thank you immensely!

You should all be ashamed!
