Poor financial advice to promote ****** car parts

Car accident, by listed co-driver. Advised that it is better to \not claim"as fixing will cost more and another option would be to pay R9000.00 to get car back. The car was towed to A1 yard- where the battery and fusses were ******. Time frame -4months -app 40 phone calls by myself. returned the vehicle- spoke to head office 2 months ago after complaint to explain - 1 month later - have made approx. 18 calls no feedback- have been understanding and lenient - gave them 2 weeks to pull calls and track process (clearly they know something was done wrong on their side) - even said if I'm wrong where to show it and I would understand - but nothing-and since then the Manager hasn't called me back or sent sms or email or call or letter - Claim they don't have my correct details -WHAT??? I have been a customer for a very long time. They stopped debiting my account and there are 2 cars on that insurance. Doubt they even realize that. I believed in you. The key disappointment is the lack of respect by absolutely no no no no communication.(check time with claim) I have Life & Disability insurance with Std bank - will be changing it soon - what if they don't payout at my death?"""
