Poor feedback on student loans for Standard Bank, Kingsmead Durban

I have contacted Student loans Nyameko Standard Bank Kingsmead for an approved application for a commercial loan for my son, 6 weeks gone already and after calling in personally and leaving a message for the manager no response whatsoever. I've had similar experiences with Standard Bank on bond and vehicle finance only to place the business elsewhere. Does your bank get away with such atrocious service as well. High interest rates are the order of the day for banks , what about assisting future professionals with student loans efficiently Standard Bank??? I had to give a 1 star review, should be no star or disaster
