Poor feedback
I have app**** for a credit card at Standard Bank. After a long struggle somebody FINALLY contacted me and my card was approved. I was promised the card will be delivered to me within 7 to 14 days. Still waiting, and when I contacted them again they said they do not recall such a transaction REALLY???? Then they changed what they said and indicated that they called me to required where i work. Why, my money is monthly paid into my account from that company how cant they know??
Standard bank please wake up and sent me my credit card that was approved by you!
