Poor excuse of a bank

This was by far the most pathetic service ive ever received from a financial institution.app**** for personal loan and was approved,since then have never had any feed back on progress everytime i have to phone to enquire i get told it is been released.its been a week now no progress no any type of feed back.this was my first time using standard bank and is guaranteed to be my last,what a poor excuse for a bank.
