Poor Estate service

Before my father passed away, he signed the consent of selling of their house. It is now 7 months since he passed away, and the staff from the Estate Distribution Centre at Standard Bank, Cape Town haven't provided the Attorney with the POA to proceed with the sale. Numerous emails had been send to the above department by the Attorney. Every time a different staff member replies with false promises. For both the seller (Mrs Verwey, inheritor) and the buyer, this ongoing delay has huge financial implications.
