POOR DELIVERY

<p>I went to the Bank on the 24th of June to order my Cheque Card when they login to my profile they advise the card was already order that day and said the card would be at the branch tuesday 27the June. I phone but they advise it takes 5 to 7 working days. I phoned again on the thursday 29th still not at the branch</p> <p>Made a call again on the 30th June said I need to phone on the saterday........ Monday 3rd of July phoned they said the card are with the Couriers already on the 30th June gave me the number for the Couriers phoned on the 5th July he did take my cell number to phone me back to advise where my card is at till now now phone call received .....</p> <p>Phoned on the 6th July - they said the card are still with the Couriers.,.....to me this is uneceptable because it's already 2 week .....she said she will do follow up and phone me back ......</p> <p> </p> <p>Please be advise that I need my Cheque Card at the Branch on SATURDAY 8th of July ready for collection I am working during the week and can not collect during the week</p> <p>What is wrong with Standardbank your service is very poor and uneceptable I am very disappointed.</p>
