Poor customers service

Tjo..... I never see a bank that don't care about customers. BAD service ever , is month end and the only open one teller and the rest of the staff they just doing up and down. I was coming to collect a card and now i am feel of closing it sametime, my first experience is poor customers service and very slowly staff
