Poor customer sevices

<p>On the 24th of February 2017, I visited Standard bank Louis Trichard branch to cash a cheque. I was told by a consultant / teller by the name of Mpho Nemaungani that Standard bank Louis trichard does not cash cheques from other branches and I must go cash it in Industria branch.</p> <p>I explained to her that I have cashed cheques from other braches before and the only thing she does was to make me feel small and stupid as she carries on having convesation with her collegue. I asked her to call the cheque owner to confirm the cheque and she told me that they are not allowed to do that.</p> <p>We kept on aguing and after I refused to leave before she call the cheque owner, she then call the owner who did confirmed the cheque. She then said to the owner that the signature on the cheque is not his. I then realized that no matter how hard I am going to beg her, she is not going to cash that cheque and decided to withdraw money from my personal acount.</p> <p>As a Standard bank customer for years, I felt very disappoited with the way I got treated by that lady.</p>
