Poor customer services
App**** for a loan on the 26 December which was approved till today no feedback from standard bank.Even after tons of calls and visiting a branch today with no help, mond you I am also banking with them and have other products with them but the lowest level of customer service*****r of yhe poorest...I am thinking of changing the bank as I have been banking with them for years now and receives my salary through them but its not doing me any justice for my loyalty.

29 Dec 2023, 16:29I have contacted the call center with no assistance and went to the branch still yet nothing was resolved.I do sent the payslip to the consultant too at the branch around 12pm today till now no solution.This is pathetic for a loyal customer
