poor customer services

<p>today. I had to remove my tooth at the dentist.when I tried swiping my debit card it declined.i then had to go to the ATM to withdraw money.a the atm it returned my card but no money came out. I then called card division and they referred me to the nearest branch.upon reaching the branch I was told to wait for a consultant.i have been waiting for more than an hour and no one has approached any customer and assured them of service.I have been waiting in agony to solve my problem.there are four consultants but only one seems to be helping customers</p>
