Poor Customer Service- Standard Bank

It is so disappointing that debtors will call you a million times when you owe them but cannot assist you when you have settled your account. My recent experience with Standard Bank has been nothing short of incompetence. I recently paid up my loan with Standard Bank and have been sent from pillar to post for a mere paid up letter. I have wasted a lot of my airtime calling the call centre without getting any assistance. I wasted my time and petrol going into the branch but all my efforts have been in vain. I am not happy with the service received from Standard Bank and I am very disappointed at how they treat their clients
