POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & STAFF DONT CARE ATTITUDE

<p>Moving forward - what a statement to make when it is actually not happening... We have submitted a application on the 24th January and today its 08 February. It more than 2 weeks and we are still waiting for feedback. We have received numerous emails from different consultants that they are requesting this and that documents but all the documents was submitted as per the request. The latest was on Friday 03 Feb that they once again requesting the same documents that they have requested before... HOW MANY TIMES ARE THEY GOING TO REQUEST THE SAME DOCUMENTS WHEN IT WAS SUBMITTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Clearly the different deparments does not communicate with each other. PLEASE TRAIN STAFF TO DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY BECAUSE IN THIS ECONOMIC CLIMATE THERE IS NO TIME FOR INCOMPETENCY NL THEMBEKA NDLOVU IS ONE OF THEM. Lasltly after numerous attempts to follow up on the application spoke to different consultants we are still waiting for a Manager to phone us. Does it take a week for a Manager to phone the clients..... Wow very inpressive. Moving forward.... </p>
