Poor Customer Service

I went to Standard Bank Secunda branch to change the phone number, the lady was so impatient with me and she only change the number for notifications, now i cant use my app because it send the one time pin to the old number, they dont even greet their customers' will gladly take my money and go to the bank where i will be treated well and also with all my family and friends.
