Poor customer service
Absolutely shocking service from Standard Bank, we moved to another bank which we are absolutely happy with but left out homeloan with Standard Bank , worst mistake ever. 14years down the line we requested help and wow, same issue , poor customer service . Only explanation I can come to is it’s a culture at Standard Bank because even at the branch they can’t help you! Next step we moving our homeloan to our current bank .
