Poor customer service by Standard Bank

My house was repossed by Standard Bank in Jan 2020 through Pretoria High Court. House was owing R414 000. We agreed on the reserve price of R426 000. Fast forward to 2022, the bank auctioned the house for R16 000 and demanding are now demanding R611 000 through Findlay & Niemeyer Attorneys.
