Poor Customer Service
Can Standard Bank Funeral Insurance pay back all my money I contributed from 2009 till date. I am well within my rights to request that Standard Bank Funeral Insurance reimburse all my money. This is the fourth time I have been asking Standard Bank Funeral Insurance to help me with this matter and till date no response. Can this matter be prioritized and treated as very urgent.
