Poor customer service Barongwa Branch (Rustenburg)

I am quite disappointed with standard bank Barongwa Branch(Rustenburg). I initially moved my business banking to Standard bank as I was so impressed with the service I received from my private banker Piet Marabu on my personal accounts so moving my business as well was a no brainer. However I received a rude awakening from the business end, the Rustenburg biz direct rarely sometimes never answer their phones and when you actually clear your very busy schedule to go to the Barongwa branch you are greeted by cold shoulders who are borderline annoyed that you are there. I am not going to name and shame the particular banker as this is not my objective. My objective is to let the powers that be at standard bank know that things are less than ideal on the ground. I was quite livid at the service I received however that anger quickly turned to concern. Does standard bank still care about its customers, or are we merely numbers on an income statement.
